Anchor Vendors
- Adrina Farms – They grow any greens 24/7 and 365 days/years on their hydroponic farms. This uses less water and land to produce more nutritious produce.
- Baba & Pops – Authentic Polish Food Made with Love. Handmade pierogies in the following flavors: Potato+Cheddar, Tomato Basil+Mozzarella, Pulled Pork, Buffalo Chicken.
- Blue Goat Dairy-where happy goats
- make great cheese. They will have hand-crafted goat cheeses from the farm in a variety of flavors including Samba and Tango blends and a goat’s milk caramel.
- Charlotte Mushroom Works – We are a Gourmet Mushroom farm.
Freshest Mushroom east of the Mississippi river! Charlotte’s Finest Fruits! - Cox Bros Acres Farm – Small start-up focused on sustainability and diversified organic food production. They will have their just-harvested fruits and vegetables from their farm in Ellerbe, NC
- Crowe’s Grow is a Charlotte based organic, urban microgreen farm offering pea, radish, broccoli and basil microgreens.
- Edgerton Farms, a Rutherford based farm operated to maintain the idea of a family farm concept, offers a full selection of beef and pork cuts.
- Farmhouse BBQ –uses Live-Fire, Whole-Oak, Daylong-Smoke to render our Meats to perfection before pre-portioning, flash-freezing and vacuum-sealing in BPA-free packages. Our brisket and pulled pork are full-cooked and come ready-to-reheat. All meat is locally pasture raised & heritage breed.

- Rocky River Farms is a Wesley Chapel based family owned/operated, free range farm offering pasture raised chicken eggs, grass-fed beef, and raw local honey.
- Sweet & Cozy Bakery, LLC – whose baked goods are a little sweet and leaves a cozy feeling inside.
- Talk Treats to Me – Single ingredient, dehydrated, human-grade dog treats – free from preservatives, additives, and fillers.
- Thoughtful Baking – an online bakery serving Chicken pot pie, veggie pot pie, shepherd’s pie, Tomato Pimento Cheese Quiche:
